The McKee Group has announced that Perry DeSiato has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. An award-winning builder, The McKee Group is a leader in the design and construction of 55+ residential communities.

DeSiato joins The McKee Group from J.S. Hovnanian & Sons, where he had served as director of sales since 2001. Prior to that position, he was the vice president of sales and marketing for Deluca Homes, a position he held for 17 years.

Well known and highly respected within the building industry, DeSiato is credited with leading his organizations to three J.D. Power Awards for Customer Excellence, awarded annually to companies who rate the highest in customer satisfaction. A member of the Bucks and Montgomery Counties Home Builders’ Association, DeSiato was the founder of the association’s Sales and Marketing Council, and has been recognized multiple times as the association’s Sales and Marketing Director of the Year. In addition, DeSiato serves the home building industry as a trainer and educator of sales and marketing professionals.
